Yurika Tanaka

In 2019, I have moved to Izu-Ohshima, the closest island from Tokyo.

I have visited this island since 2007 and held various events as NPO 000 PAF GLOBAL UNIVER-CITY.

One of the reasons for moving to Ohshima was for my children's school.

My children are sensitive.

They don't like crowded, noisy places, and very shy.

Class size is much smaller here compared to Yokohama where I used to live.

Also, the school building, which my children go to, is made of wood, not concrete,

which I believe has a significant impact on the learning environment.

The other reason was to become a facilitator guide of Ohshima Heart Of Innovation (OHOI）.

Ohshima is a great place to be connected to the Earth.

Living with Heart "Cocoro" is a key to innovate your life.

In this blog, I'd like to introduce my lifestyles, thoughts, and things about Ohshima as well as about OHOI programs.
